Follow-Up to "Bad Fan" Experience - The Mets Respond

As Shannon mentioned earlier, after hearing from Albert we wanted to give the Mets an opportunity to respond, and they did.

Danielle Parillo, Director of Communications for the Mets issued the following statement to us on behalf of the Mets:

"The Manager of the sales representative involved has looked into the matter and has spoken with Albert. There was a misunderstanding of the intent behind the representative’s statements to Albert. We believe Albert was appreciative of our response."

Glad to hear that they feel Albert was appreciative.

Once again I will tip my blue cap to the Mets for responding quickly to us. We may not always agree with them, but I will give kudos when its due.
