John Stearns Now A Scout With The Mariners

The guy we want to assign to Bisons coverage (if only they would email us back) reports in this morning that John Stearns is now a scout with the Mariners.

I like Stearns as most fans around my age do. Hopefully we'll see him in the cream colored pinstriped with dropshadown uniforms with sometime in the future

Mariners: Stop Kissing

CNN reports: last week, a lesbian complained that an usher at Safeco Field asked her to stop kissing her date because it was making another fan uncomfortable. CNN also mentions that the Mariners announce a code of conduct at each game that specifically mentions public displays of affection.

This policeman says let people kiss. Mr. Met seems to have fun with the ladies...why can't the Mariner Moose.

If You're Visiting For The First Time

If you are visiting The Mets Police for the first time, welcome.

This blog aims to be a little different. We're less likely to complain about a pitching change than we are likely to complain about what the pitcher was wearing.

We're about Mets history and tradition. We'd like to see a Seaver statue at Citi Field. We'd like the black uniforms to go away. We'd like the team to always treat the fans with respect.

We're just regular old Mets fans like you who have migrated from the uppers to the Promenade where we were saddened when we found plexiglass. Finally, for all our complaining we just want the franchise to win the World Series (while nicely dressed).

The site is updated several times a day, usually morning, noon, and night (cliche but true) with other items as they come in.
