Rickey would like to point out that he claims he's from "Liberty City," which is in fact an imaginary city for those GTA videogames. Ye gods, this man is nuts.

Phelps should take him up on it - have a Bibby Riggs-like primetime special. it will do a huge rating. How else do you make money as a former Olympian...although they are due to do a remake of C*H*I*P*S (2 points if you get the reference).

HA - Who can forget Bruce Jenner as a Cali Highway Patrol Officer... Good thing times are better know with the Kardashians.

If not CHIPS, maybe there will be a remake of "Can't Stop the Music" for Mr Phelps....

What a nut! If he thinks he can beat Phelps in a swimming race then the NFL should drug test him.
