Some Other Looks For New York Mets Jerseys.

Tough call here.  It's not black (and available at Dicks) but the Mets would look like idiots if they ore these, wouldn't they?






How about this?  The Keith Hernandez era team wore something similar for a while.

I'm talking Sundays at home.   I'm trying to meet the Mets halfay and let them sell merchandise while ridding us of the black.   All Mets fans know the real answer is one home, one away - but that ain't happening until I buy the team.

Uh, I just found out "dicks.com" is NOT the website of the sporting goods store.

That blue jersey is exactly the design I'd pair up with the orange-billed Mr. Met cap for a Sunday/holiday/getaway day alternate.

One great thing about a blue top is that you could still wear pinstriped pants with it.

the worry with the second one there is the current management would make it look like the Spring Training jersey and daub black in liberal sweeps all across it.
