Sporting News Ranks Citi Field 18th out of 30

Sporting News ranked the MLB stadiums 1-30.   Citi is #18.

18. Citi Field, New York (OPENED: 2009. SEATS: 41,800): Some complain that the Jackie Robinson Rotunda isn't Mets-specific. Our response: Get over it.

In case you are wondering

10. Yankee Stadium, New York (OPENED: 2009. SEATS: 52,325): It's homage enough to the old place (Monument Park, the facade, the frieze and the Great Hall). Now to make some new history ...

You can find the full list here.

I haven't been to all 30 but I would put Fenway at #1, I still have a man-crush on Wrigley, Oriole Park is great, liked Dodger, and I think Philly is better than Citi.   I am not a fan of New Yankee.

I like the blurb to number 14, Busch Stadium:
"But what better way to celebrate a new park's opening than winning a World Series?"

There is no better way. Take notes, Mets.
