Mets Hall of Fame day is not in the Sunday Plus Plan

SS

I am going to throw something.

Media Goon just correctly pointed out that August 1st, the day the Mets will honor Doc, Straw, Cashen and Davey is not in the Sunday Plus plan.

So you're a big Mets fan, you pre-pay the Mets for 15 games in a "Sunday Plus" plan, and then they add a really cool event on one of the Sundays they left out.

That's the kind of annoying stuff that costs you long term customers.

The game is part of the weekend plus plan.  I bet many Sunday-plus plan owners will be quite surprised when they go to grab their tickets and find that they don't have one.

As I've said before, they need a fan-consultant.  Run this stuff by someone.  You'll hear grumblings about this in July once people look closely and their packages.

Conversely, there will be some happy people who find that they do have the game as part of their weekend plus plan.

There's always the single game ticket sales & Stub Hub.

Oh man, and I just wrote something nice about this event. I was a bit surprised they're doing all this in a single day and not spreading it out over 4 games to milk the fan interest. But I see the Mets have their own devious methods.
