See this picture?  This is exactly why all Mets fans should insist that the Mets hire me as a consultant.

Jeff Wilpon comes into my office and says, "Hey Shannon, what do you think of this new uniform concept?"

I say, "Jeff, you know I love you, but this is why you hired me.  We will look like idiots and these will be gone in a year."

Jeff will say, "You sure?  I think they look snazzy."

"Nope.  Trust me.  This is why I am here."

I wonder if the Mets swoosh (underline) jerseys were because the Dodgers had underlines?.   Oh, silly question.
